You could easily do home organizing for people, an industry that has gained a lot of popularity since the debut of Netflix's hit series Tidying Up with Marie Kondo. If you're a tidy and organized person yourself, and you're good at organizing spaces, why not offer your services to people around you? You'd be surprised at how many people, even on your own social media feed, might take you up on doing something like this.

Find your niche partners, collaborators, and champions: As you’re creating your course, look for notable people who are also creating content in the space. Look att how their businesses operate and incorporate that into your own plan. You can also reach out to any influencers and make them affiliates for your own course. This way, they’ll be incentivized to share your content with their own audiences (which can be a major way to generate your first sales—it helps if you're using one of the best CRMs for small business—and start building your own community!)
The figure is actually a lot lower if you go by SiteSell’s statistics. According to them, WA is hosting approximately 17,000 active websites. And if we take into consideration that many members have several websites, we start to see how low the true figure really is. There’s probably just a few thousand active members at most. Rather pathetic for something that’s been going since 2005, don’t you think?
You could try advertising more, for example, by putting up signs around the neighborhood, posting about it on social media, or having people you know spread the word. You could also try doing it in a different neighborhood that might have friendlier people, or do it in a time and place where there's likely to be a lot of people walking around the area (e.g., near a church before the end of a mass).
Build up a following on your Instagram account and you could quickly be making extra money online. Major brands, gear companies, and even startups are willing to shell out $500-$5,000+ per post to get in front of your audience. While it’s getting harder and harder to build a massive Instagram audience, if you already have a solid niche and are posting quality content regularly with a great camera for taking Instagram photos, with a few small tweaks you can make yourself an influencer. With that being said, I think that anyone who joins WA with the expectation they will make it big overnight is destined to fail. But, can we hang all of that on WA? Maybe, you don’t recall, but within the early training, the co-founder explains that your success will depend on you completing the training and putting forth the needed effort. I have seen many fall be the wayside because they do not put forth the effort and don’t complete the training. The want to move forward doing things ‘their way’ and they hardly put in any time working to build their business.
I promote the local marketing thing that changed my life, but I’ve actually built a multiple 6 figure business with it already (still building that biz to this day, with 4 full-time employees working for me) and no one in this coaching group is allowed to promote it like I am. I am just one of the few that is since I am literally one of the original success students (effectively killed my job in 2015 & became a full-time internet entrepreneur).
Now, it’s time to start creating and uploading content. Make sure you’re using a high-enough quality camera (most smartphones will work but I’d suggest at least having a tripod so your footage isn’t shaky), but don’t worry about being perfect at first. The beauty of YouTube is that you can continue to test out different content and styles as you find what works for you. Instead, stick to a regular schedule to build up your subscriber base.
